The System Engineering department is responsible for the design of new products and services, and for managing software and hardware development.
About your future job
As a Development Test Manager within the System Engineering department, you will work in a multidisciplinary team on the system integration, verification and qualification of newly developed radar systems. You will be supported by a team of mainly System - and Test Engineers. Most of your team members are specialists in their expertise (e.g. frontend RF behaviour, signal processing), and some are generalists in all of the domains. You role will revolve around managing the technical solution, planning, cost and risk.

We are in search for a colleague who has the following qualifications:
- Completed Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical study;
- Ambitious, open-minded, and willing to travel internationally (10-20%);
- Affinity or some experience with project management, system-/ test engineering is a plus;
- Good communication skills and able to work in multidisciplinary teams;
- Fluency in spoken and written English; Dutch/ German is a plus.
